Romanization Standard

This project primarily follows the Revised Romanization of Korean (RR), the official system used in South Korea.

However, many Korean martial arts terms have established spellings in international practice that differ from strict RR.

Where widely recognized traditional spellings exist, those forms are preserved for clarity and historical consistency.

Examples:

Kuk Sool (RR: Guk Sul) Ki Bon Soo (RR: Gi Bon Su) In Hyuk Suh (RR: In Hyeok Seo)

To avoid ambiguity, Hangul is included whenever possible.
